Our Story

Howard Solar Connect is a solar energy company based in Roanoke, Illinois, serving homeowners, businesses, and renters across Central Illinois.

We started with a simple observation: utility rates keep rising, and too many people feel stuck with electric bills they can't control — and solar advice they can't trust. So we built a different kind of solar company — one that leads with clear answers, honest numbers, and zero pressure.

Our Mission

To give every Central Illinois home and business a clear, honest path to lower electric bills through solar. Clear answers. No pressure. Just real savings.

What We Do

• Rooftop Solar for Homeowners — Own your power with a custom rooftop system designed for your home, your roof, and your electric bill.
• Community Solar — Renting or have a shaded roof? Subscribe to a local solar farm with no rooftop installation required, and earn credits that lower your electric bill.
• Commercial Solar — Take control of one of your business's biggest operating expenses with a solar solution built around your facility and your bottom line.
• Energy Audits & Site Surveys — We start with facts: a look at your usage, your roof, and your goals, so every recommendation is grounded in your real numbers.

Why Choose Howard Solar Connect

• Honesty first — We'll tell you the truth about whether solar makes sense for you, even if the answer is "not yet."
